I nuovi ministri hanno giurato di rispettare la Costituzione e, quindi, di servire il popolo. Non so se ha giurato anche il Neo-Ministro della Salute, l'On. Michela Brambilla, (ammetto senza imbarazzo che, data l’età, mi addormento spesso già durante il telegiornale delle venti).
In ogni modo, chiedo alla On. Michela (solo perché avanti negli anni, mi permetto di usare il nome) di concedermi subito il regalo di Natale, perché i miei dati anagrafici non mi assicurano di poter aspettare il 24 Dicembre pv.
Ecco il regalo agognato: Istituire una Commissione di Medici Oncologi, però Esperti in Semeiotica Biofisica Quantistica, per stabilire finalmente, anche in Italia, non certo all’estero (Chiedere a Google.com oppure, V. per esempio: Stagnaro Sergio. Cari Redattori ANSA ed altri destinatari, sulla vostra Home Page leggo oggi 18 maggio 2008 la notizia di ieri: 2008-05-17 18:31 Sclerosi: staminali, presto test uomo. Ricercatore, idee e tecnologie ci sono mancano solo i fondi.

Mancano i fondi ? Meglio così, aggiungo io !
Da sempre vado affermando che l'attuale uso delle cellule staminali è un atto criminale: se si ignorano le Costituzioni Semeiotico-Biofisiche si corrono seri rischi di provocare altre malattie, per es., osteoporosi, leucemie, diabete ed ALTRO, come è già avvenuto, per es. nei bambini trattati con cellule staminali. Nessuno di voi ne sa nulla ?

In other words, let's go out from this MEAN AGE of MEDICINE, as following statements demonstrate:
ALL individuals can suffer from CANCER (!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
ALL individuals can be involved by type 2 diabetes (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
ALL individuals, with hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidaemias...can be involved by CVD (!!!!!!!!!)
ALL individuals can become rheumatics (!!!!!!!!)
ALL individuals, particularly women, can be involved by osteoporosis: ERA dei LUMI SPENTI (See my articles in Science on www.ilpungolo.com.

Long-term exposure to fine particulate air pollution is associated with the incidence of cardiovascular disease and death, particularly among postmenopausal women. Exposure differences within cities are associated with the risks of cardiovascular disease, at the condition that such as individuals are positive for certain biophysical-semeiotic constitutions and related INHERITED Real Risk (1-10). In fact, CAD as well as CVD can occur exclusively, as I have demonstrated in my Lecture at V Virtual International Congress of Cardiology, organized by FAC (Argentine Federation of Cariology), in presence of inherited, newborne-pathological, type I, subtype b), Endoarteriolar Blocking Devices in coronary and/or in peripheral arteries (1-10). Also veins can be damaged by air pollution, due to the fact that endothelial damage plays a central role.Therefore, in my opinion, there is a fundamental bias in ALL clinical researches. In fact, we must know exactly both the real biophysical-semeiotic constitutions and related real risk of all individuals enrolled in study.(www.semeioticabiofisica.it). Notoriously, coronary real risk as well as sub-clinical, and consequently dangerous, coronary heart disease is very prevalent among older individuals, independently associated with atually known risk of CHD , and substantially increases the risk (presence of newborn-pathological, type I, subtype b) EBD, according to Hammersen) of CAD among individuals with hypertension or diabetes mellitus (9-11).

con questa terza e-mail (vedi Allegato1) spero di ottenere una vostra risposta, ancorché evasiva, non impegnativa, non fosse che per motivi di educazione.
Non mi stupisco affatto che voi non riusciate – ad un primo approccio – a comprendere il senso e il significato delle scoperte scientifiche riferitevi, non solo dal punto di vista della Semeiotica Biofisica Quantistica !
A questo punto, infatti, il vostro silenzio desolante potrebbe fare sorgere allarmanti dubbi su di voi, di natura religiosa.
Non sono un fanatico bigotto, credevo di essermi espresso con chiarezza nella prima e-mail. Sono uno scienziato intellettualmente onesto, le cui teorie sono discusse in tutto il mondo (vedi allegato2), che, credendo in Dio per RAGIONE e poi per Fede, vorrebbe contribuire, dal suo particolare punto di vista, nonostante un certo CLERO, a ridare, o rinforzare se c'è, la Fede in Dio all’Uomo diventato uomo, cor incurvatum in se ipsum, in un Mondo diventato mondo. Per questo motivo avrei letto con interesse il vostro parere...che giudicavo da esperti , a seguito di nostri datati scambi di opinioni.

Buon Compenso Diabetico, prima di tutto mi presento doverosamente con il mio sito www.semeioticabiofisica.it e poi le dico che, senza speranza alcuna, sia chiaro, ma solo per mantenere solare la mia coscienza, le pongo pochissime domande, che rivolgo ovviamente anche ai responsabili dei mass-media e a quanti è inviata la presente e-mail (Inclusi i diabetologi della SID, sebbene finora non mi abbiano mai degnato di risposta, come TUTTI gli ex Ministri della Salute).
In verità, i mass-media pare abbiano solo il dovere di riferire acriticamente le notizie fornite loro dall'establishement, senza commenti personali, specialmente se politically no correct.
In Liguria, scrive Il Corriere Mercantile di oggi (30 maggio 2008), ci sono 61.000 diabetici (la cifra esatta...mi lascia perplesso !); se poi vi aggiungiamo i diabetici liguri che non sanno di esserlo (Era dei Lumi Spenti, Medio Evo della Medicina: www.ilpungolo.com, Scienza, miei lavori), otteniamo una cifra mostruosa.
Infatti, pare che in Italia, più o meno, sono stati contati 3 milioni di diabetici (V. sopra il mio scetticismo...),che sommati ai diabetici "ignoti", danno una bella cifra !

Morale: TUTTE le numerose e costose Campagne di Lotta al Diabete, fino a questo momento attuate, organizzate dalle Autorità Sanitarie Governative, e non, sbandierate dai duttili mass-media, sono risultate un BLUFF, come ho scritto nella allegata Lettera Aperta ad un Ministro della Salute nel lontano 2004.
La pensa come me anche lei, oppure NO ?

Lei è d'accordo con me, non è vero ?

Infine, anche la maggior parte dei diabetologi (V. in www.ilpungolo.com, Scienza, miei articoli su questo tema, se non li ha ancora letti) forse sa che quando compare la fenomenologia clinica e/o di laboratorio del diabete mellito, le cosiddette "complicazioni" (sic!) sono insorte da decenni: ancora una volta noi medici siamo arrivati ed arriviamo tardi, desolantemente.
Anche lei la pensa come me, non è vero ?

In ogni caso, se non condivide le mie teorie, possiamo incontrarci e discuterne...alle mie condizioni, ovviamente.
Secondo la mia esperienza clinica di 52 anni, per combattere efficacemente il diabete mellito (tipo 2, cioè il 95% dei casi), mediante la Prevenzione Primaria soprattutto, è INEVITABILE sapere riconoscere già alla nascita i soggetti con Costituzione Diabetica "e" Dislipidemica - condizione necessaria ma non sufficiente dell'insorgenza del diabete - e quantificare il Reale Rischio Congenito del Diabete, praticamente l'indice della gravità della relativa costituzione.
Anche lei è d'accordo con me e con i seguenti Redattori, non è vero ?

Carissimi Colleghi SIMG, leggo con sempre immutato piacere il vostro giornale.
Nel numero odierno si parla di calcolo di probabilità di insorgenza di CAD, basandosi sui soliti fattori di rischio, sec. lo Studio LesSCORE. Sono cose vecchie, la cui efficacia non è proporzionale alla spesa di danaro richiesta !

Purtroppo, in Italia non si vuole tener conto del Reale Rischio Congenito di CAD, CHE ESISTE, basato sul rimodellamento microcircolatorio coronarico, dove il ruolo centrale è svolto dai Dispositii di Blocco Endoarteriolari, neoformati-patologici, tipo I, sottotipo b), aspecifici, SENZA cui nessun fattore di rischio, incluso il DIABETE MELLITO, possono provocare danni vascolari.
Conseguenza: atleti professionisti, giovani non-atleti, tutti in apparente ottima salute... muoiono per Infarto Miocardico insorto improvvisamente senza che il cardiologo conosca il motivo...
In Italia vince per ora un sospetto e desolante SILENZIO su simili fatti (intendo i Reali Rischi Congeniti...), non così fortunatamente all'Estero.

I think that this is a really interesting mews on an original topic: giving frozen yoghurt at physicians meeting or very neat Rubik cube-like toys to advertise the different journals that NPG publishes on cancer. The best gift among all, in my opinion, should be a coloured nice table, informing doctors on the overlooked Oncological Terrain and Inherited Oncological Real Risk (See http://blogs.nature.com/nm/spoonful/), conditio sine qua non of malignancy.

As you may see in Attachment, I keep accurately all my e-mail sent to you, i.e., to ADA, hoping that also my American Colleagues in next future could realize that Diabetes Primary Prevention is a too important enterprise, that we have to conduct in intelligent way.

I cannot agree completely with your “Committee Reports & Consensus Statements” 2008 conclusions, I cosider an outmoded view of the world. In my opinion, such statements are neither up-dated nor useful for physicians, particularly for General Practitioners.
In fact, you continue to ignore Diabetic "and" Dyslipidaemic Biophysical Semeiotic Constitution, Inherited Diabetic Real Risk, and biological systems Congenital Real Risk (1-10).

I’m really surprised by this fact that some farsighted Editors, e.g., The Lancet, Annals Internal Medicine, New England Journal Medicine, numerous websites and peer reviews of the world (Indian, Canada , a.s.o.) accept my theories on diabetes onset, while you suspiciously persist overlooking Quantum Biophysical Semeiotics ? http://www.semeioticabiofisica.it and the linked one Microangiology).
As a matter of facts, new theories are better than the old ones, if they permit us to foresee more events !
With the aid of such efficacious clinical tool, I've discovered the until now unknown, newborn-pathological, subtype a) oncological, and subtype b), type I, Endoarteriolar Blocking Devices in tissue wherein does really exist the congenital real risk of human common and severe diseases, as malignancy and diabetes, causing microcirculatory remodelling. Obviously that happens in individuals with defined Biophysical Semeiotics Constitutions (in the above-cited website) (1-9).

Interestingly, e.g., in Diabetes Primary Prevention (PP), we need new paradigms: semeioticabiofisica, Practical Applications: Diabetes, and Biophysical-Semeiotic Constitutions (1-7). For instance, in the normal Langheran’s islets microcirculatory bed, ther'are exclusively “normal” type II (in arterioles, according to Hammersen), but not type I (small arterioles) endoarteriolar blocking devices, i.e. EBD, of first and second classes, according to S.B.Curri (See Semeiotica BioFisica e Metodologia Medica in MedNat.org). In fact, in health, not involved by Diabetic Constitution, we cannot observe type I, newborn, pathological, EBD in above-mentioned biological system.
On the contrary, in individuals involved by diabetic constitution as well as diabetic "Real Risk" and overt diabetes, of course, we observe with the aid of Biophysical Semeiotics also type I, newborn, subtype b), EBD, facilitating the diagnosis and consequently diabetes primary prevention. In addition, the evaluation of Insulin Secretion Acute Pick Renal Test is significantly impaired, corroborating the clinical diagnosis (1-3) (See above cited-website, Practical Applications, and Glossary)
